Responsibilities
Manage daily general ledger entries and perform complex account reconciliations.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal review.Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory standards.Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely reporting.Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.Maintain and update financial databases and accounting software.Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate disbursements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
