Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily general ledger entries, bank statements, and credit card accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or pursuing licensure is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex financial problems.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
