Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card audits for all corporate accounts.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close process, including adjusting journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Review and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist with the preparation of annual tax documents and compliance filings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
