Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting and budgeting
- Implement process improvements using financial software systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Demonstrated experience with month-end close processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
