- Manage complex month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Lead audit preparation and documentation for external partners
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for executive reporting
- Coordinate tax compliance and regulatory filings
- Mentor junior accounting staff during shift handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven night shift or remote finance experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent written communication for cross-team collaboration
- Valid California CPA license required
