Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end close procedures with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Perform complex reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports for executive review.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and tax documentation.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or accounting firm environment.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work the night shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
