Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for high-volume portfolios
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic planning
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement initiatives
- Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP systems for data reconciliation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
