Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for operational departments
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with audit teams to ensure SOX compliance
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Proven track record in GAAP compliance and tax preparation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
