Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial reports are accurate and timely.
- Prepare complex financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow projections for senior management.
- Manage general ledger accounts, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and support external audits.
- Collaborate with the budgeting team to develop and monitor departmental budgets.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
