Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare detailed financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead audits and tax preparation initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
