Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and facilitate external audits.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reports efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience (CPA preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
