Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audit schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Maintain and update financial databases and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
