Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and support external audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide financial reporting support to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (advanced functions), and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial analysis principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
