Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and coordinate with external auditors during year-end reviews.
- Streamline internal financial processes and implement best practices for cost control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
