Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements for financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead tax preparation and reporting initiatives for corporate entities
- Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity across ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel with VBA skills
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, audits, and compliance regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience managing accounting teams and process optimization initiatives
