Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end close
- Lead internal control audits and compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational finance initiatives
- Oversee tax preparation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
