Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) for clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Assist with internal audits and tax preparation documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in high-volume environments
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
