Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 corporate clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB
- Collaborate with tax team for quarterly filings and year-end audits
- Maintain accurate general ledger with month-end closing procedures
- Develop financial forecasting models and budget analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics
- Expert knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience with nonprofit and corporate accounting
