Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with variance explanations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Support tax compliance and audit processes with accurate documentation
- Collaborate with leadership to develop financial forecasts and budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (advanced functions), and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
