Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports for stakeholders
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
