- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Lead quarterly tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Develop financial forecasting models and budget analysis
- Supervise junior accounting staff and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
