Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with strict attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead audit processes and maintain organized financial documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
