- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow management
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct audits and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- Proven track record in month-end close and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
