Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and variance analysis monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
