Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL reconciliations and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and SOX adherence
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable financial insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead internal audit coordination and external reporting requirements
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in month-end closes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
