Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (Sage 100 preferred)
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
