Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure timely filing.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate employee compensation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
