Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage multi-client accounting portfolios including AR/AP, payroll, and tax filings
- Conduct detailed reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain compliance with federal/state tax regulations and SEC reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven track record of managing complex financial reporting cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Active CPA license or eligibility required
