Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Implement and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Oversee tax compliance filings and work with external auditors
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
- CPA license with 4+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
