What You Will Do:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- General Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger, ensure accurate recording of transactions, and perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure the company adheres to all federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and internal audits.
- Reconciliation: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts daily.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance internal controls.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
