Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Lead budget forecasting and variance analysis initiatives
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
