Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements adhering to GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead internal audits and compliance initiatives for multi-entity portfolios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on technical accounting matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and advanced Excel modeling
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
