Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate reconciliation of bank accounts
- Oversee payroll processing and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
