Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close procedures with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax preparers during audits and tax filings.
- Streamline internal financial controls and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Deep understanding of financial reporting standards and internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
