Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and tax provisions.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast budgets and financial models.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
