Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Accounts Management: Oversee the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and enhance data accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and cross-functional departments to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is mandatory.
- Certifications: CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
