Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with annual audits and tax documentation preparation.
- Review and approve accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Prepare monthly reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
