Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements to optimize financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting or financial analysis.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
