Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end closing processes for 50+ corporate clients
- Lead financial statement audits and compliance reviews under GAAP/IFRS
- Develop strategic tax optimization plans with 15-20% annual savings
- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary financial modeling system
- Implement automated accounting workflows reducing processing time by 40%
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives during quarterly reviews
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects with investment and consulting teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification (required)
- 5+ years public accounting experience with Big 4 background preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Alteryx
- Proven track record of reducing audit findings by 30%+
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and international reporting
- Strong leadership experience managing 3+ person teams
