Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain complex financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
- Assist with external audits and internal controls reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial regulations.
