Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned portfolio of clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation processes
- Develop internal controls and process improvement initiatives
- Lead month-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
