Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L).
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Manage the annual audit coordination and documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings.
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
