Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed reporting to management.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle).
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
