Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 high-value client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with zero material exceptions
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Conduct internal control audits and compliance reviews
- Mentor junior accountants through structured training programs
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA macros)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations
- Proven track record in financial analysis and variance reporting
- Strong leadership skills managing cross-functional teams
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
