Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and annual audits.
- Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification is a strong plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
