Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain financial reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
