Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Conduct reconciliations and audits to maintain financial integrity
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems for client portfolios
- Collaborate with tax specialists to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Provide strategic financial insights to support client decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
