Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews
- Create financial forecasts and budget models
- Maintain accurate payroll records with weekly processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel advanced functions
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines in fast-paced environment
