Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Develop and optimize internal financial controls
- Lead accounts reconciliation and cash flow management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
