Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reports
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity accounts
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and inventory controls
- Lead quarterly and annual tax compliance initiatives
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and state regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with audit focus
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Expertise in multi-state tax regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
